Rev. Debra Carter

Rev. Debra Carter is an associate minister of the Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church in Detroit, Michigan. At Tab, she heads up the Logistics Ministry and the Drama Ministry. She is also teaches the Noon Bible Study on Wednesdays in the virtual space.
